Abstract

This study aims to investigate how public policies can be adapted to address the opportunities and challenges posed by rapidly evolving technologies. The methods used in this study include a qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews and comprehensive case studies to understand how public policies are designed and implemented to achieve equity and inclusion. The results show that new technologies such as blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the Internet of Things (IoT) have transformed various aspects of life, including the economy, privacy, and democracy. While these technologies offer many benefits such as increased efficiency and innovation, they also pose significant risks to individual privacy and democratic processes. Therefore, it is important for policymakers to develop a robust regulatory framework and engage public participation to ensure that technology is used responsibly and ethically.
